Pricing questions
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. The free tier includes 1,000 memories and 1 project. No credit card required. Use it as long as you want.
What happens if I exceed my memory limit?
You can still search and use existing memories. New saves are paused until you either upgrade or free up space by removing old memories.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade anytime from your dashboard. To downgrade, manage your subscription through the billing portal. Your data is always preserved — you just can't add more until you're within the new plan's limits.
How does team billing work?
Team plans are billed per seat. The team owner manages the subscription and invites members. Members don't need to worry about billing — they get access as soon as they accept the invite.
